THTC - SAMPLE SALE SAT 13th JULY!!

So, this post doesn't really have anything to do with food.... but hear me out, because I have an invitation for you! And although it's nothing to do with food, the company I'm writing about has a lot to do with what I believe in when it comes to clothes and their production.

My lovely boyfriend runs a company called THTC, The Hemp Trading Company, who for the last 14 years have been producing and selling ethically made clothing, primarily to men. THTC was set up to target those who wouldn't normally think about or care where their clothes have come from; making cool, printed t-shirts, sweats, hoodies, caps and more from ethically sourced and produced, organic and fairtrade materials. The majority of their printing is done with water based inks, which in turn do much less damage to the environment. All in all, whether he's my boyfriend or not, I think what THTC do is brilliant, and a great way to engage people in understanding responsible fashion.

Next Saturday, 13th July, THTC are holding an open warehouse day where you can come along, have a drink with us and browse the collections. All product will be on sale, with at least 25% off its normal RRP. There will also be a couple of rails of womens' brand new clothes from various high street stores, which will be being sold at ridiculously low prices.

To get you in the mood here are a few of my favorite THTC designs that you can buy next Saturday...

THTC has reached and affected so many people, that there are now loads of musicians, poets, chefs, actors and those in the spotlight who wear the clothes and support the brand. These include Ed Sheeran, Beardyman, Asian Dub Foundation, Tom Aikens, Lorraine Pascal, Benjamin Zephaniah, Foreign Beggars, Wu Tang Clan, Woody Harelson, Goldie,
Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall (whose aprons THTC produced from hemp) and many, many more. So why don't you come and see us next Saturday, in Ealing, London, and pick up a bargin, ethically produced garment while you're there?!

WAREHOUSE SAMPLE SALE - SATURDAY 13th JULY, from 12 - 5pm.

37A EALING HIGH STREET, W5 5DB....

If you want to come but need to ask any questions about the day, please email me via my profile here, or get in touch with THTC via their website: www.thtc.co.uk. For more information about the event, go to www.facebook.com/THTC1, and hopefully see you down there next Saturday!!

    1. Hi Rebecca,

Yeh, his company does pretty amazing things - mostly getting people who wouldn't normally think about it, to stop and think about where their clothes have actually come from!

Shame you can't make Saturday - but please do spread the word! As well as all the amazing THTC bits on sale, I've got a huge rail of brand new women's clothes for sale too (think up/recycling!!)

      R xx
